    The Opportunity

    You will lead a dynamic and highly skilled, consulting team that provides planning and program support for a large-scale technology modernization project in the federal government. You will provide key functional IT analysis, design integration and execution. You will participate in all phases of systems development and will lead certain aspects of the project, including other team members. You will be a key contact for the consulting teams and clients.


    The ideal candidate will be: an analytical leader, an influencer, technically adept, problem solver, critical thinker, solutions and goal-oriented with an eye for efficiencies and process improvements.

    Main responsibilities for a successful candidate include:


    • Delivering high level functional and IT analysis (design, development, integration and implementation assistance)
    • Participating in all phases of systems development and presenting to client
    • Designing and preparing technical reports and related documentation with professional visuals
    • Preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to key stakeholders
    • Performing as a Project Manager as required

    Key Responsibilities

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • US Citizen, able to obtain an maintain US government Public Trust clearance
      • Legal Permanent Residents may qualify with a minimum of 3 years of US residency
    • Bachelor's degree in: Business, Computer Sciences, Finance or similar/related fields
    • Expert level on SharePoint, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Thorough understanding Software/Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Effective and persuasive oral and written communication
    • Ability to explain and summarize technical information to non-technical individuals
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
    • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to effectively work in teams and mentor/lead junior team members
    • Anticipate upcoming issues and risks and proactively apply action plan to solve problems


    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • PMP certification
    • Demonstrated Project Management experience
    • Experience in the federal government
