As an Administrative Assistant at Thelan, you are at the center of all business activities and the force that helps drive the team forward.  In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. You anticipate the needs of managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You adapt quickly in a changing environment and are always current with all business operations, including client relationships, targeted engagements, industry dynamics, and corporate initiatives.  In this role, you will help manage a variety of simultaneous projects, exercising your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.





  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, greet visitors, purchase office supplied, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Build efficiency into existing administrative operations, streamlining where possible
  • Maintain office security implementing procedures
  • Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members
  • Oversee technical communications and serve as a point of contact for the firm


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of direct executive support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Interest in and ability learn new concepts quickly and independently
