The Project Coordinator assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Solves complex business problems through structured analysis consistently delivering high impact results.

  • Act as a liaison between a PMO and business and IT Delivery Partners
  • Assists in planning and designing business processes, assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
  • Record meeting minutes during PMO led meetings including documenting key decisions that were made and identifying action items.
  • Follow up with Action Item owners to close them out prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Participates in meetings with the client to gather and document report requirements
  • Assist in managing a SharePoint team site to store and edit all required documentation


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting an IT PMO
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Ability to document meeting minutes, assign and track action items to closure, and assist in preparing presentations to clients.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working as a Business Analyst supporting an IT organization
  • Existing or past Government clearance (Minimum Background Investigation)

    *Candidate will be required to have their own equipment (laptop)
    *Microsoft Project 2010 (a plus)
